Ayşe Pınar Beşer is a multi-disciplinary visual artist working across painting, ceramics, and sculpture. She trained at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Ceramics Department alongside a degree in Human Resources Management — a dual path reflecting her belief in the coexistence of analytical rigour and creative intuition.
Her ceramic practice centres on stoneware and porcelain, built through wheel throwing, hand-building, and slip casting — with wheel throwing as her primary focus. She formulates her own glaze recipes across transparent, matte, and glossy finishes, keeping experimentation, texture, and material expression at the core of her work.

I work with clay because it remembers. Under the hands it holds every pressure, every hesitation — and then it keeps them. My forms begin in silence: a quiet attention to weight, curve, and the slow turning of the wheel.
I am drawn to the feminine and to the organic — to vessels that carry, to faces that surface from the surface, to shapes borrowed from the body and from nature. Each piece is made by hand and glazed with recipes I mix myself, left to keep its imperfections. What I seek is not perfection but presence: an object that feels as though it has always existed, waiting to be uncovered.
